This doll was made from an old garage sale doll that really should have been headed for the trash. I love "saving" them. She was a fabric doll with red yarn hair, loose limbs, embroidered face. I fixed her limbs so they do not move. She's covered in paper and painted with washes. She has taxidermy eyes for some mammal, either a wolf or fox, but on the small side for that. Everything except the socks, paint and eyes is repurposed, upcycled, you know.... I may put a ribbon around her head. We'll see how I like that look.
The top picture came out a bit dark, colors more intense than they are, but shows her features anyway.
The pink heart blankie thingy she is sitting on is part of the whole piece.
She'll be $120 when I put her up for sale.
Thanks for looking!
Five pictures.
